  • In the TV room, there is a little nook dedicated to kids! Read books, play games, let them use their imagination!

  • For guests needing to catch up on a few emails, a simple writing table and chair are provided in the bedroom, offering a quiet spot for quick tasks. We personally use it to take meetings when needing to work. There is an outlet for computers.

  • Board games are available in the TV room for use!

The Basics

  • You will be able to walk down to the Skagit River! No swimming allowed.

  • Outdoor hot tub for stargazing and great conversations.

  • Cooking grate over the fire available for grilling!

  • There is a walking path on the property that passes by ponds and a beautiful pasture.

  • There is a pickleball net and paddles available for guest use out in the driveway. The court is NOT perfect (DIY) but it is fun!
